The short version: we collect what we need to text you like a coach who actually knows you — your phone number, what you tell us, and photos you send. We never sell your data, and you can text "STOP" or "delete my data" any time.
1. Who we are
Ozzily is a product of Massive Impact Media Private Limited ("Ozzily," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use our SMS coaching service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
We collect information directly from you when you sign up and as you use Ozzily:

3. How we use your information
- To send your daily check-ins, verify meals and workouts from your photos, and track your streak
- To personalize coaching to your weight, goals, and intensity setting
- To process your subscription and send billing-related texts
- To improve how Ozzily responds and coaches over time
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related information (meals, symptoms, goals) for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Ozzily runs on a small set of trusted service providers, each of whom only receives what they need to do their job:
- Twilio — delivers and receives your text messages
- Supabase — securely stores your account and message data
- Anthropic — powers Ozzily's replies and analyzes meal and workout photos you send us (Claude)
- Stripe — processes payments; we never store your card details
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional use.
We don't share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone outside of running the service itself.
5. SMS consent and messaging
By submitting your phone number on ozzily.com or texting Ozzily, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Ozzily related to your coaching, account, and billing.
- Message frequency varies. Up to 4 scheduled check-ins per day, plus replies to your messages and occasional account or billing texts.

- Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service
6. Your health information
Information you share about your medication, meals, workouts, or symptoms is self-reported and used only to personalize your coaching. Ozzily is a lifestyle coaching product, not a healthcare provider, and this information is not part of a medical record. Always talk to your prescriber or physician about medical decisions.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your account and message data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward in case you resubscribe. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 9.
8. Data security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
9. Your rights and choices
- Stop messages: text "STOP" any time
- Delete your data: text "delete my data" to Ozzily, or email us (below)
- Access your data: text "manage" or email us to request a copy
- Cancel your subscription: text "cancel" any time
10. Children's privacy
Ozzily is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Ozzily evolves. We'll note the "last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll let you know by text or on this page.
