Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

The short version: Ozzily is lifestyle coaching over text, not medical care. It's $29/mo or $249/yr after a free 3-day trial, cancel any time by texting "cancel," and there's no fine print designed to trap you.

1. Agreement to these terms

Ozzily is a product of Massive Impact Media Private Limited ("Ozzily," "we," "us"). By signing up, texting Ozzily, or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ozzily.

2. What Ozzily is — and isn't

Ozzily is an SMS-based lifestyle coaching companion for people on GLP-1 medications (such as Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, and Zepbound). We help you track protein intake, workouts, hydration, and streaks through text check-ins and photo verification.

Ozzily is not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice, and nothing Ozzily sends should be treated as a substitute for advice from your doctor or prescriber. Always consult your healthcare provider about your medication, dosing, symptoms, or any change to your treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid US mobile phone number to use Ozzily. By signing up, you confirm you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription, trial, and billing

PlanPriceTrial
Monthly$29/month3 days free, no card required to start
Annual$249/year3 days free, no card required to start

Your free trial requires no credit card. On Day 4, we'll text you a secure payment link — you won't be charged without that heads-up text first.

5. How the coaching works

You'll get daily check-in texts and can send photos of meals and workouts for Ozzily to analyze using AI. Protein estimates from photos are approximations, not precise nutritional analysis — use your judgment alongside Ozzily's feedback.

6. SMS Terms

By providing your mobile number on ozzily.com or texting Ozzily, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Ozzily, a product of Massive Impact Media Private Limited, including coaching check-ins, replies to your messages, and account and billing notices.

7. Your responsibilities

8. Intellectual property

The Ozzily name, branding, and the content we send are owned by Massive Impact Media Private Limited. You're welcome to use Ozzily for your personal coaching — please don't copy, resell, or repurpose our content or service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Ozzily is provided "as is." We work hard to make it useful and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, perfectly accurate photo analysis, or specific health or fitness outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Massive Impact Media Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ozzily. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your location and ours. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it directly — text or email us and we'll do our best to make it right. (This section is a placeholder pending formal legal review, given Ozzily serves US users through an India-based entity — recommended before public launch.)

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as Ozzily evolves. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for material changes, we'll let you know by text or on this page.
